Refund policy

As all our antique and vintage items are unique and bespoke, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Vintage, Antique, or Sale items are sold "as is". Antique/vintage items are often very old and can have vulnerabilities, which is what makes them so beautiful and special. If you want any more information about a product, please call or email us and we would be happy to help with questions, descriptions, or further photos if required.

Change of Mind

We do our best to photograph items and their colors as close as possible. Some photos are provided to us by our overseas dealers, and we cannot be held responsible if the item is not exactly as the photo. If you are not sure of a color or design, please call us to discuss, and we will do our best to give you as much information about the product as required. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges may happen from time to time at our discretion if we are notified within 7 days of purchase. Approved exchanges requiring postage or delivery are at the expense of the customer. Most of the items on our website are also available for viewing via appointment in our Artarmon showroom. Some items are located at Ferris Wheel Gallery in Bowral. If an item is not in our store, we will do our best to send you more photos or provide more information if required.
