Shipping, Collection & Storage
1. Standard Shipping (via Australia Post)
For items eligible for standard post, shipping is calculated at checkout via our integration with Australia Post.
We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they are well protected for transit. However, once an item has been dispatched, it is in the care of the carrier. Dusty Luxe does not accept liability for loss or damage incurred during transit via postal services.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery timeframes are estimated at 3–7 business days depending on location.
2. Oversized & Furniture Items (Non-Postal)
Items that are too large, heavy or fragile to be sent via standard post (including furniture, mirrors, large artworks and oversized pieces) are not eligible for shipping at checkout.
For these items, customers may choose from the following options:
a) Collection (Complimentary)
- Collection is available from our Artarmon warehouse at no charge
- Collection is by pre-arranged appointment only
- Customers may collect personally or arrange their own courier
b) Delivery Arranged by Dusty Luxe
- We can coordinate delivery Australia-wide through our trusted courier network
- Delivery pricing will be provided following purchase or upon request prior to checkout
- Quoted delivery fees include handling, administration and coordination
While we take care in selecting experienced carriers, Dusty Luxe is not liable for damage or loss once items have been collected by third-party couriers.
Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access at the delivery location (including stairs, narrow access, or restricted entry). Any additional costs incurred due to access issues, redelivery, or special handling requirements may be passed on to the customer.
3. Collection of Purchases
All purchases (including both posted and oversized items) may be collected from our Artarmon showroom.
- Collection is free of charge
- Collection must be arranged in advance
- Items must be collected within the timeframe outlined below under Storage
4. Storage of Purchased Items
We are pleased to offer short-term holding of purchased items; however, due to limited space, the following terms apply:
- Items will be held for up to 30 days from the date of purchase at no charge
- After 30 days, a storage fee will apply:
- $10 per week for small items
- $30 per week for large items (including furniture and bulky pieces)
Storage fees may be invoiced periodically and must be paid prior to collection or release of the item.
Uncollected Items
Items that remain uncollected for more than 90 days, where storage fees remain unpaid or arrangements have not been made, may be deemed abandoned.
Dusty Luxe reserves the right to repossess, resell, or otherwise dispose of the item at its discretion, without refund or liability.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the above shipping, collection and storage terms.
